1. Program Overview
The iFlock Security Consulting Referral Program is designed to reward partners who refer new clients to our cybersecurity services. The program aims to strengthen relationships with existing partners and attract new ones by providing clear guidelines and attractive compensation for successful referrals.
 
2. Eligibility
  • Partners: This program is open to technology partners, MSSPs, consulting firms, and other businesses operating in related industries.
  • Referrals: Only referrals for potential clients who are not already in our sales pipeline or existing clients of iFlock Security Consulting.
3. Referral Process
  • Submission: Partners submit referrals through an online portal or via email to a designated referral manager.
  • Information required: Contact details of the potential client, a brief description of their needs, and any relevant background information.
  • Validation: The referral manager reviews the submission to ensure the lead is new and fits our target client profile.
  • Acknowledgment: Upon validation, an acknowledgment email is sent to the partner, confirming receipt and the next steps.
4. Engagement and Follow-Up
  • Initial Contact: A sales representative contacts the referred potential client within 48 hours to set up an introductory meeting.
  • Qualification: The sales team qualifies the lead based on predefined criteria, including budget, need for cybersecurity services, and timeline.
  • Sales Process: If qualified, the lead is entered into the sales pipeline, and the standard sales process follows, including needs assessment, proposal, and negotiation.
5. Compensation Structure

  • Referral Fee: Partners receive a referral fee for each successful referral that results in a signed contract.
    • Fee Amount: 5% of the signed deal generated from the new client, capped at $1,000.
  • Payment Terms: Referral fees are paid within 30 days of the new client signing a contract and making their first payment.
6. Program Management
  • Referral Manager: A dedicated referral manager oversees the program, ensuring timely follow-up, validation, and payment processing.
  • Reporting: Quarterly reports are provided to partners detailing the status of their referrals and any compensation earned.
  • Support: Partners have access to a support line for any queries related to the
    referral program.
7. Marketing and Promotion
  • Materials: Provide partners with marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, and pitch decks, to help them promote our services.
  • Training: Offer regular webinars and training sessions to educate partners on our services and the referral process.
  • Incentives: Run periodic incentive campaigns to boost referrals, such as additional bonuses for multiple referrals within a specific period.
8. Compliance and Legal
  • Confidentiality: Ensure that all information about referred leads is handled with confidentiality and complies with data protection regulations.
  • Agreement: Partners must sign a referral agreement outlining the terms and
    conditions of the program.
9. Review and Improvement
  • Feedback Loop: Collect feedback from partners to continuously improve the referral program.
  • Annual Review: Conduct an annual review of the program to assess its effectiveness and make necessary adjustments. This structure ensures that the referral program is sustainable while still providing a
    meaningful incentive for partners to refer high-quality leads.
